I Was a Mom Today!

I was a mom pretty much all day today. Here is my report:

I cruelly forced someone to wear pants outside in 40-degree weather.

I cut peanut-butter sandwiches in the shape of dinosaurs and delivered them to an alfresco restaurant-for-2 at the end of our driveway.

Canadian soldiers

To piggyback on the article below, this is a poem written by a Canadian armed forces member overseas. I hope everyone takes the time this holiday season to remember they hundreds of men and women over in Afghanastian and the 103 Canadian men and women who have been killed. My family was very fortunate to have my brother return safe and sound to usthis past September...we are the lucky ones!

             The Night Before Christmas
